The E-PM system enables communication with the user via a web browser, mobile application, and email. These communication channels are bidirectional, i.e., both to the program and from the program to the user.
A very convenient and frequently used method is to submit a request by sending an email to the building’s address nazwa.budynku@e-pm.pl. Such a message may contain text, photos, and other attachments.
 
                                    
E-PM provides full recording and optimization of basic processes and events, both planned and incidental. The observability and controllability of people’s activities and events leads to obvious benefits by reducing operating costs, standardizing operating procedures, and automating previously manual tasks.
