FACILITY SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Place of work: Warsaw / Częstochowa / Lublin
We have been providing technical services for real estate for 15 years. We take care of the technical condition of buildings by implementing a plan of periodic inspections of installations and equipment, and we repair breakdowns and faults reported by property users. We are a reliable company which, thanks to the systematic expansion of our portfolio, can guarantee our employees stable employment conditions and the development of technical skills and soft skills.
We are currently looking for people who are familiar with electrical/plumbing/air conditioning and ventilation systems and would like to join our company as Facility Maintenance Technicians.
What we offer?
- Diverse tasks and a dynamic work environment – the buildings we manage “have a life of their own.” The longer you know them and the better you take care of them, the fewer surprises they bring.
- Stable employment conditions (employment based on an employment contract or other form, if that is what you want)
- Benefits package (including medical care, life insurance, sports card subsidy, benefits from the Company Social Benefits Fund)
- Professional work tools
- Development of technical skills (we finance the acquisition of necessary qualifications) and soft skills (including communication, teamwork, working with difficult customers) through internal and external training.
- Support from the team and supervisor in implementation
- Opportunity to gain additional skills (and remuneration) through non-standard work commissioned by the client
Your responsibilities:
- Daily inspections of the building (prevention above all else!)
- Receiving fault reports and carrying out repairs in accordance with accepted priorities
- Performing periodic inspections of equipment and installations
- Working with technical documentation for real estate (e.g., reading technical drawings to locate a valve that needs to be shut off IMMEDIATELY), completing service documentation
- Daily, direct communication with the property manager/owner
- Solving technical problems related to the efficiency of subordinate devices and systems
- Performing minor assembly and repair work
- Coordination of work carried out by external service companies, quality control, and timeliness of work performed
What is important to us when selecting a candidate?
- Technical education (electricians have the easiest time in our industry, but knowledge of hydraulics or air conditioning will also come in handy)
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of systems in large buildings (offices, warehouses, shopping centers)
- Experience in property maintenance is welcome
- Current energy operating licenses (min. SEP gr. 1 E). If you do not have them, we will finance training and examination.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (e.g., to write messages with fault status)
- Effective, concrete communication with superiors, colleagues, and clients
- Responsibility for assigned tasks and a reliable approach to their implementation
- Taking care of health and safety issues in everyday work
