HEAD OF FACILITY TECHNICAL SERVICES
Work location: Warsaw / Łódź / Stryków
We have been providing technical services for real estate for 15 years. We take care of the technical condition of buildings by implementing a plan of periodic inspections of installations and equipment, and we repair breakdowns and faults reported by property users. We are a reliable company which, thanks to the systematic expansion of our portfolio, can guarantee our employees stable employment conditions and the development of technical skills and soft skills.
We are currently looking for people who are familiar with electrical/plumbing/air conditioning and ventilation systems and would like to join us as a Facility Maintenance Leader.

Your tasks:
- Maintenance and repair of installations and equipment
- Working in an 8-hour system from Monday to Friday
- Planning the maintenance schedule together with your supervisor and carrying out the planned tasks
- Performing minor assembly and repair work
- Preparation of offers and settlement of additional work
- Completing service documentation
- Coordination of work carried out by external service companies (including warranty services), quality control and timeliness of work performed
- Preparation of technical documentation (including reports, meter readings)
- Building and maintaining business relationships with customers
What is important to us when selecting a candidate?
- Technical education (preferred profile – electrical, sanitary, refrigeration/air conditioning, or automation)
- Current SEP G1, G2 E, and D licenses
- Practical knowledge of electrical, electrotechnical, air conditioning, and water and sewage systems.
- Experience in technical property management
- Ability to work at heights above 3 meters
- Computer skills in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, email)
- Good work organization, communication skills, availability, independence, responsibility
- Energy supervision and mobile platform operation licenses are welcome.
- Communicative knowledge of Polish
